Hal M. Goldblatt’s life has been shaped by perseverance, creativity, service, and a lifelong drive to overcome challenges. Growing up with dyslexia, he struggled with words but excelled in mathematics and went on to earn an Executive Master of Business Administration from Trinity Southern University in Plano, Texas. His determination led to a successful career in accounting, bookkeeping, computer programming, and financial management, including work with major casino resorts in Las Vegas.

Hal’s creativity also found expression through photography, beginning with a Kodak Brownie camera he received at age ten. His photographs have been published in newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, and books around the world, and have been displayed in public library exhibits. He has also served as the official photographer for Chabad of Southern Nevada.

Beyond his professional and creative work, Hal has dedicated much of his life to faith, security, and community service. He has served as a lay leader, guest lecturer, interfaith council member, neighborhood watch leader, and Director of Security for Chabad of Southern Nevada and Desert Torah Academy Day School.

As an author, filmmaker, and storyteller, Hal writes from real experience, exploring themes of loneliness, imagination, resilience, and purpose. His biography reflects a life of struggle, achievement, service, humor, and a personal quest to leave the world better than he found it.
